What we collect

Name, email, delivery and billing address, phone number and order details when you buy; payment details are handled securely by our checkout and payment providers, not stored by us.

If you use Find Your Fruit, the skin description you type is sent to an AI service to generate suggestions. It is not saved to an account. Please don’t include sensitive personal details.

Why we use it

To process and deliver orders (contract), handle returns and questions (contract / legitimate interest), meet legal and tax obligations (legal obligation), and send marketing only if you’ve opted in (consent).

Who we share it with

Shopify (store and checkout), payment providers, delivery couriers, and AI service providers for Find Your Fruit. They process data only to provide their services.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for up to 6 years for tax purposes; other data only as long as needed.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data, and object to processing. Write to us at the registered address above or email hello@upgradd.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
